the location felt convenient, close to the financial district station. the staff there, especially the front door team, were polite, , made for a cute arrival. they were always friendly. my room was keep lovely and clean, a nice treat to return to after a day.

the receptionist didn't allow me to check in until i paid the city tax. this happened even after i offered a guarantee. the room faced sheikh zayed road. this made it very noisy due to poor soundproofing. i couldn't sleep well.

I REALLY enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were so many options available. The location was great, it was very easy to get to supermarkets and cafes. Sam at reception, he was helpful With my check-in.

The lobby felt small, It seemed crowded ALL the time. Lifts were crowded. The wait times were long. The pool seemed small, similar to a village pool.

My room was very comfortable with great decor. i looked forward to returning to my bed after sightseeing. the service was really good with cute staff. i thank rafeet at reception for the room upgrade and ivan the porter. They were both fantastic. the elevator access is limited to your assigned floor.
